Men and women are needed for this important role of mentoring and discipling young people and young adults. Meaningful conversations and teachable moments happen at any point in the day... it’s all about being available and building meaningful relationships with team members and specifically developing the leaders on the team. You will be the staff liaison for the team and will be in contact with the team even when they are overseas. Activities you would be involved in are: team building, men’s/women’s retreats, team meetings, and attending program practices and doing evaluations. You must be willing to spend some parts of the year at Discovery Lodge, our training centre in Water Valley, AB (about an hour northwest of Calgary), as well as time in our office in Calgary and some time travelling with the team.

Salary: This is a support-raising or volunteer position.
