VTI is searching for drivers who are passionate about serving God in a practical way and have a heart for young people. Volunteering for any length of time (a couple of days, a weekend or even longer) is greatly appreciated!The team travels by 15 passenger van usually to Alberta, British Columbia, Saskatchewan, Manitoba and Montana. Minimum qualifications: Valid Class 5 driver's license and demonstrated ability to drive a 15-seater van with trailer to the satisfaction of the Vehicle Safety Officer or the Executive Director. If travelling to Manitoba or British Columbia, you will need a valid Class 4 driver's license. Anyone who drives a VTI vehicle must first submit a copy of a valid driver’s licence, be a minimum of 25 years old to drive (requirement of VTI insurance), and sign an authorization for VTI’s insurance company to obtain a driver’s abstract.
